not syncing


I purchased Todoist Premium on my Android phone, then logged on to todoist on my Windows Computer. It says I have a free account, not premium. How do I get them to sync when I am already using the same login for both?

Hi Ken,

Please make sure you are indeed signing into the same account, if you used Google to sign in at one location, that needs to be done in the other. Otherwise, it can create a new account.

Also, you may just need to sign out and back in again to see the changes.
