I was just wondering what was the best karma you have on all your customers ?
We actually do not record that data at this time, at least not consolidate anything. Though, there are for sure people way into Enlightened area.
Do you still deduct points from "postponing" an item? If not, why and can it be optional? I would love that additional incentive to keep from postponing items. Thanks!
We will look into improving Karma in the future. Right now leaving something overdue for more than 3 days is what gets you negative karma.
Sometimes postponing can't be avoided, due to circumstances beyond your control, changing business needs, etc. etc.--I'd hate to see that deduct from Karma.
