Auto filling of projects and labels not working in search filters

The auto filling of projects and labels, by typing @ or # is not working in search filters.

I have only upgraded to the pro version a few days ago.

Thanks in advance,

Pascal.

I can confirm that I get no auto-complete in the filter tab in the left column.

Hello,

I can't reproduce this issue.

Pascal, I type # in the search bar at the top, see the auto-complete list, use the arrows to navigate to one project and Enter moves me to this project. Within filters, you can't use project names.

Adrien, there is no auto-complete within the query field of the "Add filter" menu. Please confirm if it works at the top of the screen in the search bar.

Best regards,
David

David,

that works fine for me too, however when you use the filters from the left menu it is not working.

Pascal,

It's not supposed to. The auto-complete options are for search and adding tasks (in case of labels), not filter adding or editing.

David

Yes, auto-complete works in the search bar. Since filter requests end up being search requests, I don't see why auto-complete would not work there. :-S

Adrien,

We'll consider adding it in the future. Searches are fast and temporary so you need to be able to find something quickly, while filters are set up once, then re-used later and not changed constantly.

Best regards,
David

I have had several times when the auto-complete for labels does not work and then I will come back later in the day an it will work. It happens often.

Hello,

Please tell me, can you reliably reproduce this issue? If so, what exact steps do you take to trigger it?

Best regards,
David

No, it happens sporadically. No drop down list appear when I click the @
symbol.

I have the same issue than pekoleo : the auto-complete for labels does not work sporadically, without any reason.
