Auto-Open Todoist in Thunderbird 24.x
Our company has long used Thunderbird and Gmail for all of our email, calendar, and task collaboration. But we have reached a limit on functionality and Todoist seems to be exactly what we are looking for.
The intergrated Gmail calender, to-do list, and events all have options to autoload when opening Thunderbird (using Google Tasks Sync 0.5.1). We have this set for all employees for the company. This creates a 'dashboard' view for the employee when opening up and they can click what the need to do.
However, Todoist does not appear to have this ability. There is a button across the top (barely noticable) that allows the employee to open a side-panel, but it does not really feel 'integrated' (more of like just a web-portal box).
We are willing to buy the Premium version, but fear that our employees will not remember to click on the button across the top. Because Gmail Tasks and Events integrates so nicely and opens automaticaly when Thunderbird runs, we feel employees will just want to use it inistead.
I know it may seem like a very minor function, but for the easy flow of our business, this feature would be VERY useful.
So bottom line; Is it possible (even with creative means) to set Todoist to auto-appear when Thunderbird (ver 24.x) is run on a Windows machine?
