I do not have the pro version, I am trying to add extra users, and they are not getting their email to link them to my projects
Please tell me - do they already have Todoist accounts and if so, are you inviting the correct email address they use with their Todoist account? Could you please ask one of your colleagues to create a project and try to invite you to it and see if you get the invitation?
Also, please note that for free account's there a limit of 5 people you can invite to each project (with Premium it 25).
I bought the premium version and I want to add my team members so I can just pick them from a list. How do I do this?
Once a project is shared, each task will have an icon beside it, clicking this will allow you to choose who you want to assign it to. Though if they aren't invited yet, you need to enter the email address for them.
I see that, some folks don't like web based to do list and don't want to join, if I could add the email without them accepting or opt them out of email updates then I could track their tasks and send them a weekly update via the export feature.
At this time they need to be using Todoist for that to happen. We will consider adding more options in the future.
