Todoist sidebar not appearing on new laptop (Outlook 2010)


I had todoist in my sidebar in Outlook on my old laptop but since I have been upgraded and installed as per the instructions it is not appearing and is not in the Add Ins list in Options either (I am on 2010) - any suggestion? I don't remember having to have an administrator password last time either, but it was needed this time (I had it).

Hi Kathryn,

It may be related to your network change, I assume you are on a corporate network, since you have an Admin password? Even if that is not true, it might be related to the issues we are aware of.

We hope to release a large update soon that should address this and a few other issues.
