Todoist running in the background in task manager after I exit it

If I want to restart the programme, I exit it and then go to task manager, end the todoist.exe process from the task manager. Then I am able to open the program.
Otherwise, it doesn't start again unless I folllow the above steps.

Hello Erdem,

To allow you to use global shortcuts to show/hide the app with Ctrl+Alt+T and to quickly add a task with Ctrl+Alt+A, the app will run in the background by default and you can find in in the notification area (system tray).

You can right-click on the TD icon in the tray, go to "Configurations" and then set it to quit upon closing rather than hide to tray upon closing. You can also right-click and use "Quit" manually.

Best regards,
