Strange filter results

When I open a filter in Android, some tasks are in the list twice. I have this filter:
(priority 1 | today | overdue) & !@personal

It works perfectly in the web app, I get one single list of search results. When I access this very same filter in the Android app, the results are split into sections:
section 1 with a header: 8 days ago | priority 1 | today &!@personal
section 2 with a header: 5 days ago | priority 1 | today &!@personal
section 3 with a header: 2 days ago | priority 1 | today &!@personal

The strangest thing is, a task mentioned in the first section is also stated in the second and third one, being a task with priority 1, but no due date. So this one filter in fact gives me 3 lists to look at. That makes it hard for me to assess how many tasks I actually have got that are (due, overdue or priority 1) AND that do not have the tag @personal. The biggest problem is that one tasks is mentioned more than once, while it has no repeating schedule.

Can this be fixed?
