I am a beginner and have a couple questions

when printing is there any way to include notes?

also, I think you would be useful if you had an option of viewing the notes without having to drill down into each task. It would be nice if we just appear on the side of the task.

Also, it would be nice if subprojects would appear indented on the task list. Right now subprojects appear on the same level as the project itself on the task list.

I've seen talk about limitations. Where are the limitations of the product listed.

Hello Steven,

You should be asked by the browser if you want to include notes or not. Please try to use the Ctrl+P print option directly from the web and see if it helps.

Regarding limitations - you can have a total of 80 active projects and 150 active tasks in each project (a total of 12 000 active tasks). Archived projects and completed tasks don't count towards these limits.

Sub-Projects are included with the count.
