Problem with Chrome sync

About a week ago I noticed that my recurring tasks were dropping of the google calendar. I tried reloading them by re-writing the task but it is still inconsistent. Any ideas why. Also is there any way of getting the google calendar to sync more often?

Please clarify - what do you mean with "dropping of the Google Calendar"? Tasks that you have stop being displayed in the calendar? Does it happen after completion or randomly? Does it affect some or all tasks, if some - what do they have in common?

Regarding the syncing delay, that's unfortunately beyond our control. We'll look into providing a direct calendar integration with Google in the future, but for now, as we're using an iCal feed, Google has set their servers to sync these feeds only once a day and we can't change that (as our feed is actually live, if you'd use it with any other calendar software).

It occurs randomly to repetitive tasks often if I inadvertently mark them as completed and then reset the date to resume

If you are completing a task, and then editing the date, due to the delay in sync, you may not see these changes, specialty if you are changing many things often.

This is unrelated to waiting for a sync to occur. I have been using todoist for quite a while and this is the first time I have seen errors in repetitive tasks showing up in a random fashion. Isn't anyone else reporting issues such as this?

I'm sorry, but I'm still unsure if we understood the report correctly, please clarify what happens where and when exactly - you complete a recurring task and then the date of the task is changing automatically?

If you could please describe step-by-step one example of one affected task including what date it has, what do you do and at what point does it change to what date, that would be very helpful and allow us to identify the issue.

Sure you have the sync machine set correctly?
