Manual linking to Mail.app using message://

Being able to link back to emails on my Mac (Mail.app) is a very important part of my workflow, so I was surprised to see that links such as evernote:/// becomes clickable in Todoist, when links such as message:// does not.

This is what I'm talking about:

I also tried to create a task like this:

It becomes a link, but when I click on it, Todoist adds "http://" as a prefix, which breaks the link. Copy/pasting the message:// URL directly into Safari will take me to Mail.app and open up the email message just fine. But when you add http:// to the front (Todoist does this automatically it seems, I cannot find a way around it), the link no longer works.

Before I ask for a refund (still in my 30 day money back period), I wanted to ask if you have plans on supporting message:// links in tasks anytime soon, so I can just stick with my current tasks management app a few more weeks, before moving all my stuff over to Todoist?

Hello Klaus,

Unfortunately, we're not working on such implementation right now, but will consider adding it in the future. You're welcome to add it as a feature request to our Votebox: http://todoist.com/Vote/
