The mobile reminders are all failing in the iPhone. The only ones working are the old ones, before the Next update. Please fix it!

Its not the iPhone app its my Desktop app on MAC (presumably if its on the browser the same would happen. How do I get in touch with Support - this is a paid product after all?

Hi Phil,

Please tell me, you created the reminders on the Mac app? What was the exact syntax that you used to create the reminder? If you look at the task, do you see the clock icon at the right hand side of the task?

Is there any difference between the ones that show up and the ones that do not, such as syntax used, do they have notes, anything at all?

Regards,
Brendon.

Hi Brendon - you are correct some are not showing the clock icon even though the same syntax is used (Monday at 10:15) - can I send you the screenshot and you will see some tasks have the clock some do not but the same syntax is used.

Phil,

I understand the problem, no need for a screenshot. So you type exactly "Monday at 10:15" every single time, or is it sometimes "Monday @ 10:15" or "Monday at 10:15pm"?

These are all done through the Mac app, do you know if any are created on the web or mobile?

Regards,
Brendon.

I have the same issue, I don't get the notifications even when there's a clock icon
