Was working, not now.


The first time I installed and then loaded Todoist it worked fine with Outlook. Now it does not. The pane opens, the red icon and company name appear in the upper left, but the only thing that appears in the main pane is the larger gray/black logo, the company name and three dots.
Please help.

Hello Ellie,

Please try to clear Internet Explorer's cache and cookies and see it if helps. Our Outlook plugin always uses IE to connect and shares its settings and offline data.

We will soon release an update to our Outlook plugin running on a different (non-IE) engine which should address this issue.
