Notification keeps repeating


An event that was marked as completed some week's ago keeps sending me notifications on my iPhone. The message indicates that it resides in my Inbox, but it doesn't.

Other platforms where I use Todoist (pc's, Android tablet) don't send these notifications.

Hello Nathan,

Please access the Inbox on the web, click on the circular icon at the bottom to load completed tasks, find this task, un-complete it, if it still has some reminders attached to it - remove them, complete it again and let me know if the issue persists.

Also, reinstalling the iOS app would be advised as well.

I've had this issue a few times and currently have a persistent notification. I have removed the alert on the website but it still buzzes on my phone. I might have to try reinstalling the app.

Please do try reinstalling it as that has helped with other users. Let us know if the issue still persists after.
