Does my premium account not work on all platforms

I upgraded my Todoist to Premium today (cs@bornholm.biz) - using the WEB platform while doing so. But my main use is on my mac and iPhone. On these apps my Premium status does not appear and I am asked to upgrade again.
In your advertisements for Premium you state that: "You will become Premium user everywhere" and further "You will become Premium user on 13 platforms" (ex.: https://todoist.com/premium) - so I feel quite confident that Premium is not limited to only one platform.
If it is - could you please transfer my account to my Mac-platform - and consider changing the above text - since it is misleading to what you actually get when you buy Premium.

Hello Camilla,

The Premium purchase should indeed affect all platforms and once you pay, all of them are Premium.

That said, there are only two reasons why you may not see Premium feature on a different platform:

1. You haven't logged out from the app on this platforms and it still sees the free version without reloading.

2. You're logged into a different account on the other platform and this account is free.

Please try to log out, clear the app's cache (in case of the iPhone - delete and reinstall the app), log back in and see if it helps.

Best regards,

Dear David,

Perfect, it worked logging out on the Web-version and then the other apps upgraded automatically.

And thanks for at great product. A Gant-ish timeline feature would finalize the programme completely.
