Premium Account Activation

I have signed up for the Premium account but it doesn't seem to recognise this in either the web, phone or tablet.

Is there a time period before it becomes active?

Hello Phil,

According to our database, your account is Premium. Please try to log out and back in on each platform. There may also be a short delay (a few minutes) in some cases.
