Enable adding sub tasks when viewing a parent task from a filtered view

When viewing a "filtered" view such as "today" tasks, if a parent tasks qualifies for for the view it is shown along with it's sub tasks. This works as expected. However, it is not possible to add a sub task to one of these parent tasks. There is not as expected. A user should be able to add a sub task to any task that is visible in a filtered view as well as re-order the sub tasks shown. Currently a user has to click over to the project where the parent task is located in order to do this, which is inconvenient because he might want to view the current filter while making his edits.

This functionality is not even consistent across platforms. In the Android app, for example, a user CAN add a sub task from a view, but is not able to move sub tasks.

We will consider adding this ability in future updates. As well as making the different platforms even more the same in how they work.
