email error message when emailing projects

When i email a project im getting the following error message, my email is registered with that project and the email does make it to the tasks list but i still get this error message. I have removed my email from the error message.

An email was sent from "myemailaddress@mydomain.com".

This email sender is unknown for us and the email was discarded.

I am also seeing this issue. I do not see where I can add the email address to my account.

Hello Ron,

You can right-click on a project and choose "Email tasks to this project". At the bottom of this window, you can add accepted email addresses.

However, this seems to be a different issue and we're working on it now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I am experiencing the same problem because everytime I email my inbox. It seems that approved addresses for the inbox is not working?

I do have the same issue, please increase priority regarding the incident management process.
