Email Query

I have just signed up for Premium as I ws under the impression that that meant I could create tasks direct from my Outlook inbox and that the tasks woudl include any atttachments ie spreadsheets, pdf files, etc. However when I open those tasks on my iphone all I get is some random text as the task. Also if I click on the task name in the web version nothing happens. The task doesn't open and nor can I see any attachments.

The only way it works is when I use the Windows app on the PC I am working on and then it just opens up the original email with the attachment. I could have done that myself rather than paying $29. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Andrew,

Unfortuanely the email options need to be opened where they were created, so Outlook needs to be opened in Outlook. This is because they use unique IDs to each platform, which another can not read. We hope we can improve this in the future.
