Outlook Plug In Times Out


I've downloaded the Outlook Plug In as a part of my new premium access. Why on earth does it time out? "It looks like your session has expired. Please re-login."

If I'm on my personal PC with Outlook 365 open, I should have continual access unless I actively log out. I can leave your website up all day on the PC or the iMac and there is no issue, so why would I want or need to log in over and over while I'm in Outlook?

You've got to fix that....

Hi John,

Please check to see if your Internet Explorer is set to clear cookies all the time, as our plugin uses IE to connect, so clearing that will cause this issue.

Trying that. I did have it set to delete history on exit, but I'm not yet sure that will fix it. Thanks!
