It's possible to create duplicate tags and lose data (sort of)

It's possible to create duplicate tags and lose data. this works in the outlook plugin, i haven't tested it anywhere else.

1. create a tag that already exists (and is in-use by tasks)
2. immediately delete this tag
3. any tasks associated with this tag will also have the tag removed from them.

expected behavior: software should tell you that the tag already exists before allowing you to create a duplicate tag.

i didn't realize i already created a tag "foo", so i deleted the tag and todoist removed the tag from the tasks it was used by.
