Hi George.

We do not have a modern windows 8 app at this time but we will consider it in the future. As for the regular desktop one, what exactly is the issue? http://todoist.com/windows

It may need to be run as Administrator.

Is a Windows 8.1 app in the works? What is the expected release date?

Hello Ted,

Unfortunately, we're not working on it right now, but we'll consider it for the future.

My new laptop is a convertible, and it's high resolution (3200x1800). The Windows desktop version of Todoist is hard to read--it's too tiny and not sizeable.

I primarily use a competitor with a subscription about like yours, but I can only get to it on this laptop through the website and third-party apps (that aren't so great).

So I'm looking for a replacement.

so you make a app for fire phone and tablet... with much lower users then windows but you wont make a windows app? maybe windows users should start a boycott

Yes, I think that you should have an app for Windows Tablet as well.

I have a surface 3 pro running windows 8.1 and I can not get the app running. I am also a business user with premium account.

I hope you guys will make app because our whole IT team uses this app and we may have to consider something else.

Modern Win 8 is useless to me. Every program I have is more usable in desktop mode; however, Todoist is THE one thing that I feel would actually be a better experience in modern view.

Yep. Add me to the list. The current version is useless on a tablet.

This needs to be implemented, with live Tile support. Plz :-)

Yes, really urgent. I also need a windows 8.1 app or a redesigned desktop app. It useless using a Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro.

Now that the Amazon Echo can be tied to Todoist through IFTTT, I really, really could use a real app for my Windows phone and tablet instead of just using a browser. Any chance it will come when Windows 10 is across the board?

Plus one, specifically to Philip's comment "My new laptop is a convertible, and it's high resolution (3200x1800). The Windows desktop version of Todoist is hard to read--it's too tiny and not sizeable."
