My payment was made, but the site does not identify my account as premium.
Enter and exit not solved.

Hi Alex,

Please try signing out and back in again on all locations you are using Todoist. I know you tried this but please try again, as you show as Premium on our end.

If no luck, clearing the cache for your browser should.

Hi Brendan, I tried signing out and back in, but I still don't show up as premium (I paid yesterday). Can someone check in to this?

Hello Lila,

According to our database, you have two accounts - the one you were logged into when posting this message which is a free account and one with your Gmail address and this one is Premium.

Please make sure to log into the Gmail-linked account to access the Premium account.
