+ Add Question

outlook plugin problem


I uninstalled and installed again (the outlook plugin) but it doesn't turn on the plugin. I have to go into options/add-ins and thru com add-ins management, I turn it on manually and whenever I do this, I get the following error. It works tho, after this, until I run outlook again. Then I have to do these all over.
It's windows 8.1 and Office 365 (the cloud edition).
And I checked the folder for permissions, seems OK for users and admins to have full control. Can send you a print-screen as well if needed.
Do you have a solution?

We are very sorry for the trouble. Please try closing Outlook, clear the cache for IE, make sure it's updated and accepting all cookies. Try again.

Though these are known issues, and we are going to be releasing a new update that should fix everything. Hopefully very soon.
