+ Add Question


Did anyone else lose their filters in the upgrade? They are still on the iPhone app, but not on my desktop or the Outlook plug in.

Hello David,

Please try to right-click on the TD icon of the Windows app (in the system tray), use the Logout option from there, log back in and if you still don't see them, try to add a new one, sync and let us know if it helps.
