Premium Customer not recognised

When I log into Todoist.com or click on Todoist Next it is saying that I am not a Premium customer but I upgraded to Premium in December 2013. Premium features still work on the apps on my Mac and iPad, but not through the website. How do I log in on the website as a Premium customer please?

Hi Marg,

Please make sure you are signing into the same account everywhere. As the account you created this question with is not Premium.
