No way to get back to start screen

For years, I had my 'start page' be 'today, overdue, p1, p2' and I like it this way. In past, if I navigate away from this page there was a menu item to get back. With current version of Todoist, it's all gone.
I can setup a new filter, but filters are separate tab from projects, so it's quite inconvenient to get there.

It is complicated by a new behaviour of task creation. Say I'm in my start screen, and I create a task, and assign it to "Next Week". Immediately, the screen changes to show me all tasks for next Monday. Well, cool, how do I get back? I don't necessary even want to know what other tasks I have on Monday.

Could you please:
- Make it really really easy to get back to start page? Maybe a fourth item below "Today/Next 7 days/Inbox", or maybe even above it. But anyway, something that is always on the screen.

- Make this 'Go to the day' behaviour disablable

Thanks in advance!

Hello Vladimir,

You can always navigate back and forth using your browser's "back" button as the URL changes when you're redirected to a different page.

Nonetheless, we'll consider your suggestions in future updates and you're welcome to request these changes in our Votebox - http://todoist.com/Vote/ or http://todoist.com/Vote/showProposal/126/

the browser navigation becomes cumbersome quickly, so I voted on that earlier proposal.

Thanks for the response!
