Outlook addin - settings


I have todoist premium

When I go into try to change settings on Outlook app a screen appears which says Forbidden not logged in

Hi Peter,

Which version of Outlook are you running? Please try logging out and back in again, and also clear the cache for IE (the plugin uses this).

Does it still occur?

Thanks for responding quickly. Seems to be ok no without touching anything! Better leave well alone!
Outlook 2010 32bit (I think it doesn't work with 64?
I use Firefox not IE Is that likely to be a problem?

Hello Peter,

We're glad it works for you now. Regarding your IE and Firefox question - regardless of what browser you use normally, our Outlook plugin always uses IE to connect (it's basically an IE frame within Outlook). That's why issues related to the plugin may be linked to IE as it shares IE's cache and all settings.
