Productivity pop up is off-screen and unusable

1) Log in.
2) Click the "### completed" link in the top right
3) Popup is off to the left of the screen and unusable

Only tested in Chrome.

I apologize if this issue has already been posted/answered; the support search brings me to a blank page when I search so I cannot find any answers. =(

Hi Smokie,

You say it happens in Chrome, though your screenshot appears to be our Desktop App? Please confirm which you are using.

If you are using the desktop app, try clearing the cache for IE, and see if that resolves it.

Sorry for the confusion, I'm using an application shortcut for Todoist through Chrome. It happens if I open Todoist in a tab in Chrome as one typically would, as well as in all browsers. Screenshots below.

I cleared my cache on each browser before logging into Todoist and after logging out, with the same results. Basically, I have no ability to see the productivity popup on any platform.

Your desktop app has even more problems. This is after I logged out and cleared cache on ALL the browsers I had previously used to access Todoist.

And no, I don't have Todoist open in more than one tab or browser at a time.

Aha! I found the culprit. I made a new account and I noticed that the popup appears correctly when you have Karma on. As soon as you disable Karma, the popup gets all wonky on all platforms.

Now that you know the issue, can fast can it be resolved?

Wow, just saw my epic fail at grammar and communication up there. I of course meant "how fast can it be resolved" but apparently my train of thought jumped the track there.

Is there any ETA on when it might be addressed? For me personally, that popup is more useful at the end of the week than the beginning, but like Ron Burgundy, it's kind of a big deal. ;D

Unless something extremely major happens, all new issues will be fixed quite soon, hours/days at most. At least that is normally how things go :)

Having the same issue with chrome add-on, with windows showing up off screen. They can't be dragged back on so it's hard to use. A full tab version is fun - it's a problem when using the add-on shortcut in chrome. I also disabled karma, which perhaps has given me bad karma.

If you scroll a tiny bit down any of the list, none of the popups can be seen. I reported it in a related hyper-scrolling issue on re-ordering:

I have added your detail to the "scrolling" issue and we are looking into it. Though, this thread originally was not the same issue.
