Poor Support


I paid for two years of Todoist Premium by accident after receiving a "failed transaction" message the first time I paid. In truth, the first transaction had been successful. I didn't need to try again. Does anyone know how I can contact Todoist support to cancel the second year? Thank you.

Reg. a refund - you're contacted the right place. Simply send us the order reference ID of the last payment and we'll refund it for you ASAP.
