Please test the updates before going live...

All of a sudden the GUI has changed (Mac OS app) and cmd+Q has stopped working as a way to close the app...
Also the icon for Settings has moved to the middle of the GUI (it's now intersecting the line underneath the icons...)

So now I've got a beautiful interface... and zero functionality.. fix this asap please

We are looking into the issue now (the keyboard shortcuts), but please try logging out and clearing the cache for Safari, and logging back into it. As we are not able to reproduce the gear issue.

I'm not using Safari, my default browser is set to Chrome. Clearing cache doesn't do anything.
Another thing that's different (and annoying) is that when you open up the Mac OS app it doesn't get focus; it just stays in the background. That's also new and unexpected behavior...

Hello Pieter,

Regardless of which browser you use, the Mac app itself will always use Safari as it's based on Safari's engine.

We're looking into tehse issues right now, sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi, just my two pence:

I also have the cog-in-a-funny-position and cmd-Q-adds-a-new-task problems... both a bit bizarre?!

https://todoist.com/Support/showQuestion/8851/ also has the cog problem

Best wishes
