Please add "select all" support

Sometimes I have a huge list of (overdue) tasks I need to reschedule to another day. Currently, after I filter out "overdue" tasks, I have to go shift+clicking all the displayed tasks and then click "Change date". Is it possible to add a "select all" button which would select all displayed tasks?

By the way, there's also another really annoying behaviour that I'm experiencing (tested on 3 different computers): after I selected several (overdue) tasks, like 15 tasks, when I move my mouse to the top area to select the action I want to execute, sometimes the whole selection is lost just before I actually click the link. This happens most of the times, but not at all times.

Hello Francisco,

Thank you for your suggestion, we will consider adding an option to select all tasks at once in teh future and you're welcome to vote for this request in our Votebox: http://todoist.com/Vote/showProposal/577/

Reg. the bug, please try to log out, then back in (to see Todoist Next) and this should fix this issue.

Best regards,

I voted now for the proposal, I hope it gets implemented soon.

I checked now the Todoist Next, will watch if it happens again and if not I'll let you know.

I confirm the bug is fixed on this new Todoist Next version. :)

Another thing that annoyed me pretty much was accidentally clicking the notes icon while holding the CTRL and selecting the items... that is fixed now too! Thanks!

Keep up the great work!

Since the Votebox is now closed, I'd like to put in a vote for this. I typically have about 50 tasks "in play" with a due date of today. When I don't get them all done (which is the case everyday!), I'd like to be able to select all the tasks in any given view and then reschedule them to the next day or after the weekend.

I have been using the Shift-Click then Change Due Date sequence, but it gets tedious. I can understand that you don't want to add a "Select all" command to the view, but here's an idea. When you shift-click on an item, the menu that appears on the top includes a "Deselect all" command--why not also include a Select all" command next to it? That way, it's available only if you start shift-clicking and doesn't get in the way.
