Todoist has deleted my notes for tasks twice


I have entered notes for a number of tasks twice. Todoist has deleted them twice. How do I know what else you are deleting without my knowledge? I trust Todoist to ensure that my inputs are saved. If I cannot rely on your system, then I expect I will have to ask for a full refund so that I can take my business elsewhere.

Hello Eli,

We can assure you that we're not deleting any of your data and are very sorry to hear that you have experience something like this. Data loss is almost impossible in our system except for one situation - if you use our app offline and before syncing the changes, clear the cache of the app.

That said, please tell me - on what platforms were you using Todoist, were you on- or offline? The more details you could provide about the exact situation in which this has occurred, the faster we can fix it. It's unacceptable for us to have such bug in our system.

Nonetheless, if you wish to receive a refund, please send us the order reference ID of your payment.
