Hi Isaac,

If you do not complete a task, you get a few options. You can postpone it to tomorrow, do it today, or change it to any other date. At least this will be the case very soon.

We do hope to improve sub-tasks in the future, which would make checking off parent tasks complete subs, and things such as this.

Our votebox is always a good place to add suggestions. http://todoist.com/Vote/

How does one check off that a task is completed?

Hello Anne,

To complete a task, please use the left mouse button on the square-shaped box on the left side of the name of a task.

Is it possible to filter completed task? If yes, how?

Hello Sherin,

Although it's currently not possible to include "completed" as part of a filter, you can click on the Karma score and select "View all" to see all your completed task. On this list, you'll be able to filter them by project or label :-)

Complete tasks displayed by that option "Karma> View all" do not appear for all users on a shared project.

There is an option where another user can see which tasks have been completed and when? because in the historic it indicates only that were completed, but not organized by due date. In this way the tool becomes very incomplete for myself, because managers fail to have the view when the task was completed.

Could help me?

Thanks for listening!

Hi Edison,

In the Karma view you can only see the tasks completed by you. All completed tasks (by all the users) you can see at the bottom of a project under the clock icon (clock) though it won't have a completion date.

We will look into adding more options in the future though.

Hi Galina,

Thanks for your quick reply!

I understand, but there's really no alternative for all to see when the task is completed?

Best regards,
Edison Oliveira

Yes, currently it's not possible :-( Sorry. We will definitely look into it as we are working on more updates for shared projects now.
