can't log in - mac app


everything was perfect until a few days ago.
now i cant reach the TODOIST from my mac app, only from my iPhone and internet browser.
the mac app give me an error message:
Unable to connect

For Todoist to work offline you need to view it at least once when connected to the Internet.
when i press the sync option i get the following error:
you must be logged in to sync.
i need your assistance ASAP !!!!!!

Hello Tal,

Please tell me - were you actually connected when you've tried to use the app? Also, does this issue still persist today?

I'm also having the same problem. I'm connected to the internet. This has been happening for 2 days straight. I've quit the app and restarted, rebooted, etc. I have clicked on "Logout" and that does nothing.

You clicked on "Logout" that would mean you are logged in? The issue above was referring to being able to log in?

Please clarify, what happens if you clear the cache for Safari, then try to use the Mac app?

I am not sure if I was logged in. I had the menu option to "Logout", but it did nothing. I don't use Safari. I cleared the cache for Firefox and Chrome, but that seemed to do nothing.

I quit and used the browser client for a few hours. When I opened the app again after that, it started working again. So, the issue is resolved, but I'm not sure exactly what fixed it.
