1. Can you use copy or reuse the same checklist? Can the task in that checklist be set up with preset due dates?

2 things. I want to know if you can set up a reusable checklist so that I don't have to spend 15 mintues times however many files I get in a day setting up the same checklist? I also want to know if you do, can you attach pre-set due dates to each task in a list that you want to copy or reuse. Instead of going in ever file and plugging in dates, if I know that I want the first item in my list to be due in 3 days, and I set it up like that? Thank you so much in advance!

Hi Lisa,

Yes and no.

You can use our Premium feature of templates to export a project and import it after. Though, if you have dates set on these tasks, they will keep those dates, so if it's a month later, it will not update to the current date.

Is this something you're looking to implement soon? Its something I'd love to be able to have.

At the very least it would be great if the exporting projects wasn't a downloaded local file but something in the todoist app I can quickly reload.

Thanks for your suggestion, Stan! We will consider adding such option in the future!
