Outlook Plugin Does not work - Major update release date?



In several posts I read about the Outlook Plugin staying blank and a major update was said to be released soon (I have tried the different suggestions, but the Outlook Pluging stays blank)

Is this update available yet?

Hi Wouter,

The update should be available within two weeks, if not earlier. For now though, to be clear, have you tried clearing the cache for IE, making sure it accepts all cookies, and it's updated to the latest version?

Thank you for your swift reply.

I now have the history cleared automatically upon exit and ... there is the plugin again! I hope it stays there until the update is available.

Hello again,

Unfortunately the outlook plugin stays blank again, even though the cache of IE is cleared automatically. Just to be complete: in my previous posts I did not mention the fact that I mostly use Outlook in a Terminal Server environment. However, this was never a problem before.

I guess I will simply have to wait for the update?
