On the Chrome application on Linux is the same issue.
If I stay logged in to the application the karma is updated only when I click on the karma points to see the trend, but after that it remains at the value it was when I logged in.
But when I logout and login again it will show the updated value.

I'm seeing this issue too. Chrome extension on Ubuntu 12.10

The strange thing is if I log into todoist.com it does the same thing - but the base number it's stuck at is higher than the chrome extension.

Mine is still having the same problems that began just after new years: the karma number reverts to the number on that date until I click on it, the number of completed tasks is also stuck at the early January number, and I occasionally get a -1 karma dock for postponing tasks to different dates, even though I haven't done that.
I only have one Todoist account.
I was using Mac OS 10.8 Mountain Lion. Now I've upgraded to 10.9 Maverick and it made no difference.
I also downloaded the Todoist Next and that made no difference in the symptoms.

I'm still seeing this issue using Google Chrome v32.0.1700.107. Works for me in Safari v6.1.1.
