My account is stuck in Danish...help!


My account seems to be stuck in Danish. I have tried changing the language through Settings, but no changes are made or saved. Can you help?? Many thanks.

Hi Summer,

Are you on the web version or a mobile app? On the web version, sign out of your account, and on the login page, at the very bottom you can change the language (should say which language you are using at the time). If you do this, it does not accept the change? If so, please try clearing the cache for your browser.

If mobile, you need to change the language setting for your device for the layout to change.

This worked! I had tried to do the same thing through Settings (which did not work) but did not know about the other method.
