I have a premium account and I am not getting any of my premium features on mobile -- when can this get fixed or refunded?
Have you logged out and logged back on *all* devices? You may also need to clear the caches of the devices, but try just the log out / log in at first.
You *are* shown as having a Premium Membership (see next to your name, above).
