The amount of completed tasks differs whether I'm looking at it on the web or on my desktop application.
I forgot to mention... I did do the Refresh, with no results.
Please try to clear the browser's cache and the desktop app's cache (this can be done by right-clicking on the TD icon in the system tray and using the Logout option from there) and see if the issue persists.
We are aware of a similar issue (and are working on it) which causes the number to revert to a smaller number after refreshing the page or clicking on it. Is that the case?
The problem is on the app side (not web based) and trying to log-out doesn't offer me to clear the cache (isn't this a counter intuitive way to clear the cache?)... the logout option from the system tray doesn't even seem to log me out.
Normally, there should be no need to clear the app's cache, that's why we've only let the app clear it when using the logout option there.
But regarding the issue - so if you use "Logout" from the menu you see in the system tray, nothing happens at all? The all doesn't even reload the view or show any error messages?
Please try to completely uninstall the app through Programs & Features and then reinstall it and let us know if the issue persists.
