Why is my Outlook application blank?

For the past week or so, my Todoist application in Outlook has been blank. It doesn't show any of my tasks, projects, or none of the options I would get when I hit the 'Show Menu'.

I tried following the instructions in this support question with no results: https://todoist.com/Support/showQuestion/8441/

Are there any other options?

Hello Abriel,

Please tell me - did you try to use the sync icon at the bottom or log out and back in, clear IE's cache? What version of Outlook are you using?

Hello David,

I logged back in and successfully have everything back within my Outlook application. I was using Outlook 2010. Thanks for your help!
