Hello,

Please uninstall and reinstall the plugin from https://todoist.com/outlook Even if you already have it downloaded, please redownload the installer to make sure you have the most recent version.

Unfortunately, these are still some issues that we're aware of in the current version, but we're finishing the port of our plugin to a better more stable engine now so we'll soon have an update addressing all of them.

Best regards,
David

I had the same issues, so I took the usual steps of uninstalling and downloading the app fresh from the website here. Closed Outlook, install. Opened Outlook, click "file" tab, then options, then add-ins. Click on the button at the bottom that says .com addin click on "go", check the box with ToDoist if it's blank. Ok to save.
Check up on the ribbon when you're back into Outlook. There is a big button for ToDoist that I wasn't seeing because I had the touch screen compact view. Click on that button and all should be well. The features all showed up again in the TD column. No more unintelligible error messages. YAY! (Do IT professional know what these error message mean? LOL)
