Free premium trial doesn't work


I activated the free premium trial following the e-mail Todoist sent me.
However, when I try to use premium features (import, lablels with "@" query), the software still says "This is a premium feature, you need to upgrade" and takes me to the premium page---and this page states that my premium expires on Feb, 3.
Can you please help me get the premium features working?

As you can see next to your name here in the Forum, you are being recognized as a Premium member.

Have you tried logging out and logging back In? If that doesn't solve the issue, you might want to try clearing your browser's cache, as well,.

Guys, can I also get a free premium trail for my account? I am investigating an option to make it a company wise tool.
