I can't use todoist premium.

I just have ordered the todoist premium service and I got a receipt from you. But I can't use the premium features like reminder. When is it available?

Hi Jin,

What platform are you using? Please sign out of all locations, and clear any browser or app data and sign back in.

Hi Brendon,

I'm using Google Chrome, Outlook 2010 and Android cell phone now.
I did all your instruction as sign out and clear data, but it isn't still working.

Actually I did upgrade to premium through Outlook, then some project that I added before disappeared.

I think there is some sync problem.

How about it?
If you refund my order, I'll re-order the premium service again.

Let me know your transaction ID or reference number from the purchase. I don't need to refund, I will upgrade account, it appears it was not upgraded for some reason.

Hi Jin,

I see what the problem is. That transaction ID has upgraded this account (em.ma@golfio.com) and you have now signed in with mjsnim@gmail.com.

I can transfer it if you'd like, or make sure to sign in with the correct account.
