Please clarify - you have downloaded our Outlook plugin from https://todoist.com/outlook installed it, logged into your Todoist account through the Outlook plugin and don't see the tasks you've set up on your account through other devices?
If so - are you logging into the correct account on every platform?
Yes the plug-in is downloaded successfully. How do I log in to the plug-in? Is that done through outlook or via the web at your homepage?
Maybe that is what I am doing incorrectly.
Also- do I have to use IE? Or may I use Google Chrome? That said, I still have no idea how to log-in to the plug in. I am not sure what that evens means.
When you open Outlook, you will see our plugin's pane on the right side which connects with Todoist - log in there into your account and you will see all your tasks.
If you don't see the pane on the right, please go to Outlook's Options -> Add-ins, click on "Go" next to "COM Add-ins" at the bottom and then check off "OutlookTodoist" on this list.

Reg. IE vs. Chrome - doesn't matter if you're referring to the web-app. Within Outlook itself, our pane will always use IE to connect regardless of what browser you've set as default.
I did exactly what you indicated above. The plug in in present and checked off yet I still see no pane or area in which to log-in as you describe. Please advise.
please disregard. It is now working. I restarted the computer and it is there as you described.
