I have bought the premium account several days ago. But I found it not quite useful, Can I ask for giving up the premimum account? and also can I have the refund?
You can of course receive a refund, but to do so, please send us the order reference ID of your payment.
I tried to find it, but I am not sure where to find.
Can I give you my account name instead? I made the order on around Nov 27th.
Unfortunately, we won't be able to refund your payment without the transaction ID or order reference number.
If you've paid through our site, you have received the ID in a receipt the moment you've made the purchase. If you've paid through PayPal, you must have received the receipt from PayPal. Please check your spam folders to make sure the receipt hasn't landed there.
