I have upgraded but keep getting reminded to upgrade?

How can I upgrade my todoist - I have paid for premium however seem to have the free version still...
It doesnt have the colours and the reminders are plastered everywhere which is really annoying.

In this forum, you don't have the "Premium" tag next to your name, so something went wrong I suppose.

Do you have some kind of transaction ID or confirmatin e-mail that you can post, so that Todoist staff can look at the issue?

Hi yes I do - I think it maybe because I originally singed up with my google account - then that wouldn't work in thunderbird (kept sending me back to Firefox web browser)
So I ended up using another email address (which is the one I signed up with for premium) but the email addresses may of been confused in the payment screen.
I have taken a screen shot but am unable to Emil it to you on this screen - how do I get it to you?

Note that I am just a regular user, I am not part of Todoist staff. Ideally, you would just copy the transaction number (or whatever number is relevant) in reply to this thread. I have seen other users do that in this Support forum.

However, I notice that there is now a "Premium" tag next to your username, maybe it should work now.

Try logging out the app, logging-in back again.

If this is not enough, also try to force reload the whole page. Depending on your browser, use something like Ctrl-F5, Shift-F5, a Reload menu entry, etc. Clearing your browser cache might also help.

Hello Toni,

I see that your first post was sent from one Todoist account and the next one from a different account. The first one is free, the second - Premium.

Please make sure that you log into the same account across all platforms.

Toni,

You can delete the account from the Settings page (top right corner, Settings, then Account) from within that Todoist account. Just make sure it is indeed the correct one before doing so.
