Mulit-Select Issue - timing?

I rely on multi-select a lot as I'm frequently pushing a bunch of tasks to today, or selecting a set of tasks to work on a few days out.

I'm not sure if some sort of change has happened or not, but I noticed about 2 weeks ago issues with multi-select.

What happens is that I multi-select a bunch of tasks, and then by the time I mouse to the top to 'change to today' they are no longer selected.It seems to almost be a timing issue, but I'm doing it pretty quickly. I have also tried continuing to hold down the command key while I mouse to the top, but this doesn't seem to change things. Even being careful, this is happening to me about 25% of the time I multi-select. Any tips?

I'm using Todoist web on a Mac Firefox - mostly.

Hi Mark,

If you open up Todoist in another browser, does this still occur? Also, which version of Firefox are you running?

Firefox 25.0.1 mac.

Yes, tried in in Safari - same issue.

Hello Mark,

Thank you for your report, we've been able to reproduce this issue and we're looking into it now.

It seems to be sync-related. If you perform one action such as move a task's due date and then start multi-selecting before or after the sync starts, it will deselect everything after it ends.

Huh, I thought I was just clumsy. FYI, if it helps to know this only started in the last few weeks, have no issue before. I'll wait to hear back.

This is driving me nuts. It just took me about 4 trys to move a set of tasks to 'today.' Any update on this? I have tried watching the sync icon in the top right and not multi-selecting when it's active, but it doesn't seem to help.

Hi, is there any update in timing for this fix? About half the time I multi-select I lose the selection before I can change the date. I have been removing due dates so I use as few dates as possible. This is by far the worst problem I had had with ToDoist.
