Phantom Tasks?

I just noticed that I have two Projects that show Task counts, but when the Project is opened, there are no Tasks.

I am accessing Todoist on the Web using Chrome version 31.0.1650.57 m. I just cleared the cache, logged out and logged back in before checking again and filing this report. Screenshots will be sent to David Trey once a URL for this report is available.

Best regards,
Randy Miller

Hello Randy,

Thank you for the screenshots. Reg. seeing P3 below P1 - this is a recurring issue that we still can't trigger and identify its cause. Please try to drag & drop these tasks according to their priority and this should fix it and save the order.

As for the phantom task issue - this seems like a caching issue, please make sure that when you've cleared the cache, you didn't just clear it using the browser's automatic option to do so, but went to the Advanced Settings -> Content Settings -> All cookies and site data and removed all Todoist's entries there.

If this won't help, try to add one task to these projects, force-reload with Ctrl+F5 and then delete this task.

Regarding clearing the cache, after the last few 'incidents', I *always* remove all Todoist data! :)

So that was done before the screenshots were taken and the report was made.

OK, I created a 'dummy task' in each Project, Ctrl+F5, deleted each 'dummy task', and no more 'Task counts'!

Thank you!
